What happens after the draw?

Notification of Winners: All prize winners will be notified by telephone or mail following the completion of the draw(s). Prize winners will be notified by November 23, 2023. The names of all prize winners will be published on our website.

Acceptance of Prizes: Prizes must be accepted as awarded, as per the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation; however, the prize is transferrable. Names and required documents must be provided by December 23, 2023, to Curtis Dewar, Travel Professionals International. All values stated are retail at the time of tender, they are approximate and include applicable taxes and freight. All travelers will require a valid passport.

Sandals Resort vacation to be booked with Dewar Right Travel, Trevello Travel Group and Sandals Resorts consisting of $14,000 in travel credit, up to $5,000 in complimentary upgrades which must include airfare, hotel selection, transfers to and from hotel. One time use only. No cash value. Prize must be accepted as awarded; however, the prize is transferrable. The winner will be able to choose any Sandals destination with travel dates to be arranged between February 1, 2024 to April 30, 2024. All resorts and room categories are subject to availability (as verified by Unique Vacations Canada Inc.) Dewar Right Travel, Trevello Travel Group and Sandals Resorts will provide complimentary upgrades depending on availability including, but not limited to; potential upgrade to butler suite, extra baggage fees, professional fees waived, etc. – upgrades will be coordinated by Dewar Right Travel. Over the water suite categories are not included in the upgrades.

Names and required documents must be provided to Dewar Right Travel within 30 days of draw. All travelers will require a valid passport. Please check for any/other necessary visa or documentation requirements prior to travel; including, but not limited to Covid-19 vaccinations, testing, masking. Trip is based on double occupancy. Medical and Emergency insurance must be purchased/proof shown by winner to Dewar Right Travel. Winner is responsible for travel cost to/from airport at beginning and end of vacation and any parking during trip. All optional on-site and off-site experiences, spa treatments, phone calls or purchases in the gift shops are at the expense of the winner. Dewar Right Travel reserve the right to substitute an alternative room/flight/or other offerings of equal or greater value if the advertised prize is unavailable at time of award.

Names and required documents must be provided by December 23, 2023, in order to book the vacation. All travelers will require a valid passport. ***If you are unable or not interested in taking the dream vacation, the prize is transferrable. You have until December 23, 2023, to make arrangements to transfer the trip into someone else name.
